I had a great holiday and enjoyed the food and all the cruise ports we visited.
I would like to mention a few of the staff I came across whom I thought were exceptional.
My dining was concerto.
My waiter was Dennis and who was brilliant, very entertaining and friendly and catered to our every need.
We really looked forward to our evening dinner and asked to sit on Dennis’s tables for two every time.
He had a waiter working with him who I think was called phredo (sounded like freddie but wasn’t spelt like that.
His manners and attention to detail and professionalism was exceptional and he made our evening dining a great experience.
He should be promoted as he is an exceptional waiter and we really do wish him all the best.
His customer service is fantastic and his manners are a credit to princess.
Seconly I would like to mention the band excite – they made our cruise and we went to see them every day day wherever they may be.
They played a great variation in music – sound fantastic and they really made our cruise a great enjoyment.
We danced most evenings and enjoyed them daytime on the outdoor decks too.
There were three vocalists and each one was very different – they were a joy to listen to.
A great round of applause to them.
Lastly the member of staff who looks after the smoking area – his name begins with J (jamani?) and he is from Phillipines (starts at 11 am).
He works with some of your most difficult and roudy and customers (deck 17 back of ship) and his patience is endless.
He is a fully trained barman and used to do bar trick shows on previous ship he worked on.
Perhaps you should give him a chance to shine again.
He works really hard and nothing is too much trouble but I think he has hidden talents that perhaps the entertainment manager could explore and put to good use! Sarah Boocock and Lloyd Bridgett
