Booking your cruise with Bolsover Cruise Club is easy, so let’s take a look at the simple steps you can take to turn your dream cruise into a reality. The beauty of booking your cruise with us is that you can do so via our website or by calling us up – however you want to book, we are here to help!
First things first, we will need to gather some information. If you’re booking with us, we will ask for the following details about you and your fellow travellers: full names (as per passport), dates of birth, full address details, passport numbers, contact details and other relevant information.
Acquiring these details upfront allows us to log you onto our system and make the booking process smooth and simple. If you have booked with Bolsover Cruise Club before, we already have this information stored in our system, along with your full holiday history, but we may need to confirm a few details.
Some people may know exactly what cruise destination they want to visit, and that’s great! If you have an itinerary in mind, we can find the perfect holiday and jump straight to the booking stage, but if you are unsure of where you’d like to go, our Cruise Experts are on hand to help.
Even if you only have a general idea of the type of cruise you want to book, our Cruise Experts can help you find the ideal cruise type and destination. If you wish to sail straight from the UK or jump on a fly-cruise, take the whole family around the world or embark on a solo holiday, we will ask the right questions to help you find the perfect cruise.

Once you have found your cruise, it’s time to finalise the details. If you’re booking online, we recommend double-checking that all the details are correct, paying close attention to the date of your cruise, the departure port, and final port.
If booking over the phone, your consultant will confirm prices and availability. They may need to call you back to confirm prices, availability, and any additional details about the cruise of interest.
At this point, returning passengers will also be notified of any loyalty discounts to which they are entitled. Cruise Club Members will also be made aware of any priority access benefits. Cabin numbers and dining preferences will be confirmed, and then your consultant will complete the booking.
Once your booking is confirmed, your consultant will run through all the necessary information relating to your chosen cruise. A deposit or full payment will be taken, depending on the date booked and any applicable offers. Finally, your booking will be passed to our administration department for processing, with a pre-holiday cruise information pack sent to you within a short time of the booking being confirmed.

Guests can book shore excursions on board their cruise ship at the shore excursion desk. If you want to book ahead of your cruise, however, you can.
Head to your cruise line’s website and find its cruise management/personalisation page. Each cruise line will feature a page or tab that allows guests to add experiences to their booking. You will need the lead passenger’s name, date of birth, and the booking reference to do this.
