My name is Alicia and I have just completed the 2nd year of my degree in Medical Physiology and Therapeutics. As you may have already guessed I love to learn, and I cannot wait to learn about the world of travel as it is very different to the work I have experienced previously. When I am not working, I like to keep busy whether that is going on walks with my family, yoga or going to the gym however I hope that soon enough I will be able to add cruising to that list and I cannot wait!

I have been part of Bolsover Cruise Club since 2015, initially working within the administration department. I have recently joined the Sales Support Team where I enjoy speaking to customers, resolving any issues they may have and answering questions regarding their upcoming holiday. I enjoy helping others and ensuring everything is in place for our clients to have the best experiences possible. When I am not at work, I love nothing more than spending time with my family and our 2 dogs. Before working here, I had never been on a cruise holiday. Now that I have, I can’t imagine a different type of holiday for my family!

I have had many years working within customer service and have always thoroughly enjoyed talking to clients and helping them. What could be better than enabling people to arrange their dream holidays? I myself have been lucky enough to visit some fabulous locations and tick many off my bucket list. One of the best aspects of world travel is the different cuisine and, as a keen cook, I especially love to sample all the famous dishes of each new country. To relax in my spare time, I have a passion for knitting, am an avid reader and I love photography.

I moved to the travel industry after enjoying 18 years in retail. I have a passion for customer service and helping people. I love to travel and I’m always looking for new and exciting places to go. In my spare time you’ll find me in a nice restaurant with a glass of red or at the park with my little boy. I love showing him the world and can’t wait to take him cruising.

I joined Bolsover Cruise Club in 2022 and I can say it’s a fantastic company to work for where you get the chance to help others. I am dedicated to ensuring you have all the detail you need for your journey of a life time. At home I enjoy spending time with my family and little girl Lily.

My name is Clara and I work in Sales Support here at Bolsover Cruise Club. Although I trained in Travel & Tourism during the early 90’s my career path took me in a different direction into the banking industry , in which I looked after a client base for 18 years. During this time my passion I had since childhood for travel shined through as conversations with customers always deviated to the world of travel and holidays.
I have been lucky enough to travel to some amazing destinations including Safari in Kenya and flying over the Angel Falls. I believe that the world of cruising opens the world up to see many places and experience varied cultures.
I am so pleased to be working within the industry and look forward to talking to taking care of all your travellers needs.

I left college in 1990 with qualification in Travel and Tourism and quickly joined a high street store selling an array of holidays . I had the pleasure of managing my own store before becoming a mother to two girls and making the decision to move abroad . I went to work as a representative for a hotel and villa company looking after British holiday makers. In July 2010 I came back to the UK and joined Bolsover Cruise Club as a cruise expert . Recently I was asked to move departments to mentor some of our newer employees to pass on my knowledge and my desire to help answer any questions that may occur on our existing guests’ bookings. Over the years I have found my love for cruising trying new cruise lines and experiencing new ports.

I joined Bolsover Cruise Club in 2004; there’s nowhere better to feed the cruise bug! It was soon after I joined Bolsover Cruise Club that I experienced my first P&O Cruises holiday, which was also my first Caribbean cruise, and I haven’t looked back.
My husband Alex, daughter Evie and I now cruise as much as possible. We have been lucky enough to enjoy many different destinations on a variety of cruise ships.
From cruising around the Mediterranean on Symphony of the Seas, one of the largest ships in the world, to sailing the Norwegian Fjords on one of the smaller ships, Balmoral, I’ve loved them all.
And not forgetting the sailing from New York on the iconic and refined Queen Mary 2, just in time for Christmas. It was magical.
I love being here for our customers both face to face in our Cruise Bureau or over the phone in our contact centre. I work hard to build a genuine rapport to help you find your perfect cruise.

As a team leader for the new Sales support team I am delighted to be sharing this role with my good friend & colleague Sharon Tucker. My role is to maintain quality control, support the team in resolving large programme changes with the cruise operators & monitor administration on bookings. I have worked in travel for nearly 35 years and will celebrate 25 years working for Bolsover Cruise Club in 2023.
I am very lucky to have sailed on many fantastic cruises and seen some wonderful countries. Before cruising I travelled extensively and one of my highlights was joining a safari in Zimbabwe & Botswana. Outside of work I am a passionate animal lover and love being outdoors so I’m especially lucky to live in Derbyshire and have the Peak District on my doorstep.
I’m an avid reader, enjoy keeping fit, eating out and watching live music.

I have ten years’ experience in the recruitment sector which gave me pleasure matching clients to the right position. I wanted to transfer those customer service skills and the joy of helping people over to the travel industry and am really enjoying my role.

My interest in travel started when I did a Travel and Tourism course at college. After college I worked in the coaching industry for 10 years. Since then I have worked in various jobs which have all been in customer service but in different sectors. I wanted to get back into my real interest of travel again which bought me to Bolsover Cruise Club. I like to travel, visit new places and create memories. I am looking forward to being able to provide you with great customer service and provide assistance with any queries you have.

I have recently moved over to the travel industry, though I do have several years of customer service experience. Being part of the journey of each booking is incredibly satisfying and interesting as each holiday is so unique.
I do have a real passion for travel and have been lucky enough to tick many locations off my bucket list, including New York, Paris and Florida.
Outside of work, I am a keen football fan, and aim to visit as many grounds as I possible can.

My Career in the travel industry started in 1988 when I started working as a travel agent for co-op travel, from there I went to work as a hotel receptionist, and then I had so much fun working as a tour rep for ex-Military reunions. I love helping customers with their dream holidays. I have not been on a cruise yet and so excited for my first experience on a cruise ship. In my personal life I enjoy walking on the beach and in the countryside, I am a member of the National Trust and English Heritage and love exploring their sites.

I joined Bolsover Cruise Club in the spring of 2013. Like any other travel agent, my desire to work here came from my love of travelling. I worked in the Sales Team until 2021 then I moved to our Sales Support Team, assisting with existing booking queries with both customers and operators. My years of working on sales has given me extensive cruise knowledge so it felt right to then assist in the Support Department.
Since joining Bolsover Cruise Club, I have been lucky enough to sample many different cruise lines for both educational and personal holidays. One of my most memorable cruises must be a river cruise on the Danube. Visiting Passau, Vienna, Salzburg, Nuremburg. Cruising down a river was just such a magical experience, so picturesque and the amount of time you get in port exploring was incredible.

I joined Bolsover Cruise Club working in the Sales Reservations Department in which has been a great adventure. My love for cruising started when I was 21 and I have never looked back, my partner and my three children also enjoy cruising and exploring the world. I recently made the move from the Reservations team to join the Sales Support Team; I enjoy the customer services aspect and this team will give us more time to dedicate to our customers.
In my spare time you will find me walking my doggy Barney and taking him for a bite to eat with a glass of wine.

I have been in the travel industry for over 24 years now, after completing my degree in Business and Tourism. I started my career working for a tour operator where I was able travel and work in the Caribbean and Australia. I first joined Bolsover Cruise Club back in 2005, after leaving to have a family and recently re-joined the Company working in the Sales Support team. I am thrilled to be back in the cruise industry where my true passion lies. I love working for Bolsover Cruise Club where customer service is central to everything we do. In my spare time I enjoy landscape painting and Yoga.

Prior to joining Bolsover Cruise Club, I worked in a Nottinghamshire Secondary School for over 20 years. I look forward to answering your questions and providing assistance with your post booking experience. I love travel, discovering new places and particularly enjoy cruising. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and trying to train our dog!

In 2014, after 5 years in the UK travel industry, I joined the team at Bolsover as I wanted to branch out into worldwide travel. I have cruised ever since I was a small child and now continue my love for cruising with my partner and our little boy, Jude. I have now made the move from the Reservations team to join our Sales Support team. I have always loved the customer service aspect of the role and this team gives us more time to dedicate to customers after the initial booking stage, helping with any queries that may arise. In my spare time you’ll find me in a nice restaurant with a glass of Sauvignon in hand or on a walk in the peaks with my family and our little Cockapoo, Bobby.

My name is Maddie, I am 45 years young. My experience is mainly travel from being a rep to cabin crew for Thomas Cook Airlines and Tui. My passion in life is F1 and my bucket list is to go to every race, oh and to swim with Great White Sharks. I am a huge Marvel geek so my son and I go to Universal Orlando for the rides and the food. I have got back into the gym and am riding my bike. Travel is my life, so I get a buzz thinking about going away. I am lucky that my best friend lives in West Hollywood, so I tend to spend time in LA. Looking forward to being part of the family and making our guests have the cruise of a lifetime.

I work within Sales Support. Prior to joining Bolsover Cruise Club, I worked in a Police Control Room for 20 years. However, I have always enjoyed travelling both UK and overseas and customer service is very important to me so this role is perfect for me! I look forward to answering your questions & helping you to get the most from your Cruise.
Out of work I enjoy walking around the local areas with my Springer Spaniels and touring the UK with them & my husband in our touring caravan. I am also a keen baker.

I began my career in travel in 2009, when I started as an apprentice for a high street travel agency and eventually joined Bolsover Cruise Club in 2013.
I love finding clients their perfect cruise holidays and I have been lucky enough to experience cruising myself.
There are so many different ships to choose from now, all with their own style and unique facilities that cruising is now great for all ages, families and couples, there is nothing better than waking up every morning to a different destination!
My favourite cruise destination has to be the Caribbean where you can have the best of both worlds! From a day relaxing on the beach at Carambola Beach Club in St Kitts to the wet’n’wild river tubing in the rainforests of Grenada.
At home I enjoy spending time with my husband, friends and family, long country walks with my cockapoo Milly and planning my next holiday!

My name is Sharon, and I am a Sales Support Team Leader. I have been at Bolsover Cruise Club since the year 2000 and in this time I have developed a wide knowledge of cruising and travelled with many different operators.
In my spare time I enjoy socialising, have a passion for horse racing and always enjoy a glass of most things.

After 9 years working as part of the Reservations Team here at BCC, I have moved over to our new Sales Support Team assisting our guests with questions about their existing bookings. My first cruise was over 30 years ago on P&O’s Canberra and following that cruise I certainly caught the bug for cruising and love being at sea. Outside of work and cruise holidays I love to holiday in Menorca or you can find me a couple of times a year on the gorgeous Holkham Beach in North Norfolk.

I have several years’ experience in customer service, and I am always happy to help.
I have a passion for cruising and travel in general and I love sharing the excitement that a new travel adventure can bring. My favourite places I have visited so far are Norway, Germany, and the Caribbean.
My Caribbean adventure was on board the Britannia P&O cruise ship for my honeymoon, which so far has been my favourite ship. I would really love to visit Australia and New Zealand; you could say these are on my travel bucket list.
In my spare time at home, I enjoy getting crafty, going for a walk with my partner and watching a good old film.

I have worked in the travel industry since leaving college in 2002. I started working for a coach holiday company, then moved onto a high street travel agent. It was not until I moved to Bolsover Cruise Club in 2011 that I realised I had a love for cruising!
During my time at Bolsover Cruise Club, I have been lucky enough to visit some wonderful destinations. From the beautiful Norwegian Fjords, to the Caribbean and the Mediterranean. I love how cruising means you can visit so many different places in one holiday. So far, the Fjords were our favourite destination as we love the chance to walk and explore. The scenery was just stunning!
My dream destination would have to be Alaska, or maybe even sailing round the South Pacific islands. To be honest, with that much choice in cruising, I rethink my dream destination pretty frequently!

After leaving school in 2007 I went on to study Travel and Tourism for two years at college. I then went on to a 2 year apprenticeship at a high street travel agent. I developed a huge passion for cruising thanks to time spent with my family on cruise ships when I was growing up so when a job came up at Bolsover Cruise Club I was delighted to be given the opportunity to join the sales team. I love traveling and visiting new and exciting destinations. I have been lucky enough to travel to many places but my favorite cruise destination must be the Caribbean. The beaches are postcard perfect. We made some amazing memories such as climbing the Dunn’s River Falls in Jamaica, swimming with Dolphins in Amber Cove and paddle boarding in Antigua to a name a few. Since having children I made the decision to move from the sales department after over 10 years and join our Sales Support team to help and assist our customers with all of their cruise queries.

I joined the travel industry in 1997 and worked on the high street until 2006 selling various aspects of holidays from Butlins to Worldwide tours! I have been with Bolsover Cruise Club since April 2009. I have an all-round knowledge of many cruise destinations which I use to ensure my customers receive the information they require to make their cruise holiday most enjoyable.

I have worked in retail for 8 years, but my heart has always been with travel. I love adventure and getting to have new and exciting experiences. My favourite place to visit will always be Greece. I instantly fell in love with the scenery, food and people. Other places I have visited and would love to go back to are Switzerland, Lake Maggiore and Verdon Gorge. This year I decided to follow my heart and dive head first into the travel industry; I am excited to see where this path takes me.

I currently work in the Cruise and Stay department. Prior to my time at Bolsover Cruise Club I worked in travel for 5 years holding various positions from reservations to customer service and administration.
I always knew I wanted to do something in travel as it really is my passion in life. I have been incredibly lucky to visit some amazing places, both through work and in my personal travel. My favourite place in the world is Vietnam. I’ve visited several times and I still can’t get enough of the people, culture and the food.
Having been in the cruise industry for a long time now I have been fortunate to sail on many different cruise lines. My favourite cruise line is Azamara Club Cruises as the intimacy of the small ships really is worth every penny and I have managed to sail on some fabulous itineraries.”

I have a real passion for travel and like nothing better than exploring new places and meeting the local people.
I am always looking for the next adventure to cross off of my ever increasing bucket list.

I look after customers who travel on our Cruise & Stay holidays. My job is to ensure all clients receive a seamless holiday experience so that they can truly relax and enjoy their time away. I am also there to investigate and assist clients on the rare occasion something doesn’t go to plan. I have been lucky enough to visit some amazing destinations and have a passion for cruising myself. I look forward to being of service to you on your next Cruise & Stay holiday.

I originally came to Bolsover Cruise Club as part of my work placement in 2011. My experience at Bolsover Cruise Club stayed with me and this is the reason why I re-joined the company in 2018.
My love for travel came from my parents who were always looking for our next adventure (always booking with Bolsover Cruise Club of course). Having travelled to many parts of the world from a young age, I gained an appreciation for the travel industry and this influenced my career choices moving forward. It has also helped with my job role because I have insight into the places our customers are traveling to and I can advise on the best things to do in their chosen destination.
My favourite adventure was a road trip around California, seeing iconic places such as Yosemite, Monterey Bay and Lake Tahoe.
Next on my bucket is Asia, with my first stop being Japan.

I have worked in the travel industry since leaving college in 2009, when I joined a high street agency where my love for travel really developed. I came to Bolsover Cruise Club in the spring of 2013.
Like every travel agent I love to travel and have been lucky enough to visit quite a few destinations. My favourite long-haul spot is Orlando (who doesn’t love Mickey Mouse?)
A destination that surprised both myself and my husband whilst sailing on P&O Cruises Oceana was Ajaccio in Corsica; the beaches were simply amazing.
Rome amazed me with its history and beauty and it’s definitely a place I can’t wait to go back to.
Before starting at Bolsover Cruise Club I had never been on a cruise though it’s safe to say it’s now one of my favourite ways to holiday.
I got my husband to go on his first cruise in 2016 on board Oceana and since then we try to fit a cruise in each year.

I have worked in the travel industry since leaving college in 2015 having always having a passion for travel, and have been with Bolsover Cruise Club now since February 2022.
I have just been on my very first cruise and hope this is the first of many with so many experiences and memories to come! One of my favourite destinations to visit is the USA and I hope this gives me the chance to explore so much more.

My passion for travel started back in the early 90’s as an overseas representative on the island of Majorca where I enjoyed several summers of hard work and fun. When I came home I started working for a leading travel agency and progressed to a role in customer services at head office. It was around this time I experienced my first cruise on-board Airtours’ Sunbird and I quickly realised that the cruise industry was the direction I wanted to follow.
In 2002 I started working for Bolsover Cruise Club when we were still fairly small, just 15 Cruise Experts! I’ll never forget the time Mr Wilson closed the office to take us all on board the Queen Mary for her launch. I’d honestly never seen anything like her and she remains one of my favourites to this day.
I commute a long way each day to the office and I’m often asked why I do this journey. The answer to that is easy; I love my job and couldn’t work with a better team. I’ve been proud to watch Bolsover Cruise Club go from strength to strength each year, yet still maintain the family feel and high service levels that have won us numerous awards.

I have been with Bolsover Cruise Club since 2013, following studying tourism management at university. I have been very lucky and have grown up cruising with my family through Bolsover Cruise Club, and it has become my passion. I enjoy everything cruise, from a relaxing day on prom deck to the newer activities such as ice skating and sky diving, nothing beats the options at sea! My favourite destinations so far the Caribbean and fantastic European cities, too many of both to pick an outright favourite!

After studying Travel & Tourism at college I have been working in the Travel Industry for the past 27 years, working for various Travel Agents & Tour Operators covering both sales and customer service. I have been lucky enough to travel to many parts of the world with family & friends and have experienced many different cultures.
Travelling is my passion and hope to visit more destinations on my bucket list, ranging from the USA, Far East and the Med.

My love for cruising started back when I was 7 years old. Ever since taking that first cruise with my parents, I wanted to go on more and more and experience different ships and destinations. In 2011, I graduated from Birmingham City University with a BA Hons in Primary Education and taught a range of ages for 4 years. In 2015, I decided I needed to travel and what better way than working on board a beautiful cruise ship. In July 2015, I started working as Youth Staff on board the Carnival Dream. After starting out a 6-month contract, I ended up staying for 3 and a half years cruising the Caribbean with a promotion to Youth Director and also meeting my Canadian husband on board. We both moved back to the UK in 2018 where we now live happily with our 4-year old Maltipoo, Teddy. After delving back into my teaching routes for a further 4 years, I missed the travel industry too much and wanted to get back into cruising whilst living on dry land. I started working in the Cruise and Stay department at Bolsover Cruise Club in March 2022 and have never looked back! I am always looking for my next cruise adventure, this time as a passenger though so I can enjoy all the benefits (and cocktails) they have to offer!

I started out my career with Bolsover Cruise Club in 2018 working for our reservations team, I have since moved over to our cruise and stay department on hand to help our lovely customers with their cruise and stay holidays!
Since leaving school, which now seems like many years ago I completed Travel & Tourism at college, and I have always loved traveling and chasing the sunshine!
I always wanted to be an air hostess since being a child and I got my dream job working for an Airline which was a great life experience for me, after leaving the airline I joined the Motor Industry.
I worked for a prestigious brand, and I made a lot of fantastic lasting relationships with my customers and gained a lot of experience from the industry which I brought with me to Bolsover Cruise Club!
I have always loved travelling since being young and chasing the sunshine.
Some of my travel highlights have got to be working with children in Brazil, Swimming with the dolphins in Mexico, making it to the top of the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and taking a helicopter tour over the strip in Las Vegas.
I have been lucky enough to travel to many destinations around the world but cruising round the Caribbean is an all-time favourite for me, and I just love the Greek Islands!

I have worked as part of our fab administration team since 2008. I process paperwork and send documentation for new bookings as well dealing with changes made to existing bookings. In my spare time I enjoy singing in a choir, crocheting, jewellery making or whatever new craft has inspired me that week! Most important to me though, is spending time with my husband and daughter, especially making memories in our campervan.

I joined the team as senior administrator in April 2022, I love travel and have visited some beautiful places including the Caribbean. Out of work I enjoy swimming, seeing my friends and family and getting stuck into a good series!

I have recently joined the team as a Senior Administrator. I love to travel when I can. My favourite place so far is Lanzarote! I have always wanted to travel to New York, so hoping one day I will get there!
In my spare time I love spending time with my family and friends!

I am a senior administrator and I recently joined the admin team in April 2022. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the cinema but also I love cosy nights in and enjoy spending time with my husband, family and friends.

This is my first role working in the Cruise/Travel industry but I take pleasure in providing an excellent service and have always loved to explore new places. In my spare time I enjoy going away in my campervan. I have travelled to most of the UK with my partner and hope to do road trips to Europe over the next few years. I also love spending time outdoors and training with my dogs.

I work in the administration department having returned to the travel industry in November 2021 after a career break bringing up my children.
My job role involves the checking and issuing of documents and paperwork once the sales team have completed the initial booking and any further ongoing administrative work that is involved with bookings, I also have taken on additional ticketing responsibilities within the administration department.
Outside of work I love getting away on holidays, reading and enjoying great food and drink.

I joined the team in September 2022. I love to travel and explore new places, New York being a favourite. I have been lucky enough to visit the other side of the world spending a bit of time in New Zealand. In my spare time I love going to the gym, anything animal related and spending time with my family and friends.

I joined the admin team in late 2021, and most of my day is spent dealing with bookings and issuing tickets. I like to spend my weekends travelling around the country to play airsoft at various sites and environments. Whenever I’m not doing this, I also enjoy building and painting models. In recent years I have been fortunate enough to travel to several of my bucket list destinations, including Spain, Disneyland Paris and Lapland in Finland.

I have worked for Bolsover Cruise Club within the Administration Support Team since 2006, Recently I have moved to the administration department where my role is to deal with cancellations.
I am happily married and have a dog who I adore. In my spare time I enjoy playing guitar, walking my pooch and holidays of all kinds, especially cruising.

I have worked for Bolsover Cruise Club since July 2000 and as an Administration Supervisor, I’m responsible for training new administration staff and problem solving.
I’m happily married with one grown up son. I love hot climates and my favourite cruise port of call would be Grand Cayman. In contrast, however I also love walking in the Lakes when it is crisp and cold.

I joined the Administration Team in 2021 and I spend the day carrying out admin duties regarding invoices. I have been working in customer service since 2014 and have a degree in Tourism. In my spare time, I love to spend time with my family and walking my two dogs.

I have been a Senior Administrator at Bolsover Cruise Club since November 2000.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. My husband and I are adjusting to ‘empty nest syndrome’ as our daughter is now at Winchester University.

I joined the Bolsover Cruise Club administration team in 2017. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband and going out on countryside walks with our 2 dogs. I have been fortunate enough to travel to some fabulous places, including the Norwegian Fjords and Central America.

Hello my name is Sara and I work as a Cancellations Administrator. Originally my background is in the military where I served at sea with the Royal Navy before relocating to Derbyshire and moving into administration in the legal sector. I have always loved the sea and I took my first cruise in 2018. I was completely bitten by the bug and it catalysed another career change into the travel industry with Bolsover Cruise Club. I am now part of a small team dealing with the day-to-day administration of cruise cancellations which can happen for various reasons – some happy and some sad – and delving into the small print of cruise operators’ terms and conditions. In my spare time I like walking and running in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside and planning my next great cruise adventure!

I joined the team as a Senior Administrator in February 2022. Travel has always been a big part of my life and I have been lucky enough to have spent many holidays abroad and travelling around the UK with my family in our caravan. If I am not off exploring somewhere new you can usually find me with my boyfriend having a quiet night in at home watching a new series!

I run the Administration Team, which includes all the less exciting side of travel such as invoicing, ticketing, visas & vaccinations and all things paper, or email I should say these days as approximately 70% of our paperwork goes via email. In my spare time I like to tread the boards and perform musicals with a local amateur operatic society.

I’m a Marketing Executive, which means I capture all the best offers for our printed mailers and email marketing. Prior to this, I worked as a Cruise Expert within the sales team for over 13 years and have built an extensive product knowledge of all things cruising. In my spare time – and when I’m not transporting my daughter to and from her various sporting activities – we enjoy family time walking our sausage dog Otis.

I work closely with our Cruise & Stay team who put together our incredible packages, then it is my job to bring them to life on the website and by email. I’m also a cruise geek, and always have some kind of cruise holiday booked and have been lucky enough to sail on a wide range of ships. Out of work, I have a gorgeous golden retriever who keeps me busy. I love to travel and have visited some unbelievable places in the world. Australia is up there with one of my favourites and Asia has a special place in my heart! New Zealand and the Maldives are on my bucket list.

Working alongside our Assistant Marketing Manager, my role is to help prepare the deals and offers for mailers and weekly postcards. When I am not in the office I enjoy travelling, crafts and reading a good book. My bucket-list destination would be to visit Hawaii.

My growing passion for design and marketing has spanned from years of experience in the industry. I joined Bolsover Cruise Club’s Marketing Team to manage and produce the Into The Blue magazine, and my mission is to keep improving this magazine for members to enjoy.
I’m also responsible for producing and editing promotional videos, which you see on social media, using a variety of filming and audio equipment to get the right footage.
At home I like to spend time with my family, enjoying the outdoors and going to the gym. I’m also a keen photographer and enjoy turning my hand to a DIY project.

Working alongside our expert sales and admin teams, my role is to head up the marketing team and ensure that we continue to provide our customers with the very best destination inspiration, along with the unbeatable cruise deals to take them there. Considering my own travels, my favourite place in the world (so far) has to be Mauritius where my wife and I were lucky enough to honeymoon… turquoise blue waters, white sandy beaches lined with palm trees, fascinating culture and mouth-watering food – I can’t wait to go back someday. Away from work, I’m tasked with entertaining 3 energetic boys, so it’s always action-packed, mixing various sporty and social commitments with seeking out our next family adventure.

I’m Bolsover Cruise Club’s Marketing Copywriter, which means I’m responsible for writing content for Into the Blue, as well as our blogs and other marketing collateral. I started cruising when I was 13 years’ old and have been hooked ever since! I’ve been lucky enough to have explored some of the world’s most amazing places, from the Great Barrier Reef to the Iguazú Falls, the Burj Khalifa to the Taj Mahal … but I’m always planning my next adventure!

I joined Bolsover Cruise Club in 2018 to help analyse the performance of the marketing we do and feed these insights back to the business. I have worked in digital marketing for many years specialising in analysis and optimisation across a number of industry sectors, and I can confidently say that none of these industries is as exciting to work in as is the cruise industry.
I am discovering a fantastic diversity of customers with loyalty to their cruise brands, holiday destinations as well as the motivations our customers have to book their next fantastic cruise holiday with Bolsover Cruise Club.
Outside of work I enjoy hill walking and socialising.

I work as part of our Marketing team and my main duties include arranging email marketing for our core brands. I love spending time with my friends and family, along with getting stuck in at my little allotment and of course planning future holidays. I also enjoy the occasional gin and getting stuck into a good book. Some of my favourite destinations would have to be Puerto Vallarta in Mexico, Ölüdeniz in Turkey, Kotor in Montenegro and Tuscany in Italy, a mixed bag but I love the relaxed atmosphere and culture that these places offer. Next on my list for travel would be The Caribbean, Dubai and Croatia.

Working alongside the Luxury Account Manager Katie, my role is to research, capture and create content around luxury and river cruise lines. Outside of work, I enjoy running and CrossFit, checking out new places to drink and dine out across the UK and squeezing in as many staycations or holidays abroad as possible, especially destinations which include a good hike or festival!

I am the Online Marketing Assistant keeping our website up-to-date with the hottest offers and emailing members with the latest luxury cruise news and offers as they unfold. I started out with the company in the Sales Team many years ago and progressed to my current role.
Outside of the office my favourite pastime is planning my family holidays. Some of my favourite destinations include Mexico, the Canadian Rockies & Venice.

I’m the Social Media Executive within the marketing team. I manage all our social media channels, create and design content and run all our paid ads, working with all of our cruise lines to produce and publish the latest content. I’ve worked in social media for many years, and I’ve been loving being part of the cruising industry.

I love to get out of my comfort zone and check out the latest activities cruises have onboard from flying down the longest dry slide, soaring over the ship on a rollercoaster and racing down zip wires across the entire ship. The world of cruising really does offer it ALL!

I’ve been working in creative roles within the marketing industry for nearly two decades in digital and UX designer roles and as a Front-end Developer. I joined Bolsover Cruise Club in September 2022 to bring all of my skills and knowledge as their Website Manager. Although I’m new to the travel industry, I’m excited to be able to help take Bolsover Cruise Club’s online presence forward and make our website something to really be proud of. Outside of work, I used to be a rock DJ but these days I’m more interesting in baking, reading, video games and chilling with my cat, Roko. My travel experiences aren’t as extensive as I’d like – though I once drove through Death Valley, camped in the montains of Albuquerque and flew over the Grand Canyon in a helicopter. But I’ve never been on a cruise before, though I’m sure that will change now!

After leaving college in 2004 with a HND in Graphic Design and working in corporate design industries, I joined Bolsover Cruise Club’s marketing team in early 2016. As one of the team’s in-house graphic designers, my role is to design printed literature, promotional emails and website offer banners, from content and offers provided by other team members. I enjoy travelling and visiting new places and spent many holidays taking in the sights of the West Coast of North America. But my favourite destination is the island of Maui (Hawaii). Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and son, watching films and trying new food and drink.

I’m a senior member of the marketing team with an abundance of passion for all things cruising. With many years’ experience in the travel industry, I bring my knowledge of what makes holidays exciting and eye-catching, from the latest offers and deals, new itineraries, ships and entertainment to keeping the website as up to date as humanly possible. When I’m not getting excited about holidays, you’ll find me on the trails of the Peaks enjoying my other passion of running – oh and not forgetting my family life too, of course.

I have been PA to the Managing Director since 2004. As well as supporting Mr Wilson, I am also responsible for accounts, HR, FM, post-cruise Customer Relations and any other jobs that no-one else wants to do!
I have been lucky enough to enjoy many cruises over the years; I love the Caribbean but recently visited Kotor in Montenegro which is my new favourite destination!
Outside of work I enjoy walking the dog, watching my son play rugby and socialising with friends and family.

I have been at Bolsover Cruise Club for several years now, progressing from sales into the training and recruitment side of the business. I love being a part of the training and development of staff, encouraging staff to learn and watching them grow and develop as an experienced cruise specialist. I enjoy cruising with my family; my favourite destination to sail is the Adriatic. I also love travelling to North America, which I try to do with my husband and two children every summer.

As a Finance Executive at Bolsover Cruise Club, my role is all about the numbers. Growing up with a keen interest in mathematics and having always dreamt of travelling the world, has made this the perfect role. I am currently qualified with the Association of Accounting Technicians and I am working towards getting my Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualification to further my knowledge and experience. Since working at Bolsover Cruise Club, my love for travel and especially cruises has only grown. I was lucky enough to go on my first cruise with my family in 2022 to Norway, onboard the beautiful Iona. Outside of work I enjoy yoga, playing video games, spending time with my loved ones and creating an extensive excel sheet to plan and save up for my next holiday.

I manage the Bolsover Cruise Club Reservations Department. In such a busy and challenging environment, it is crucial I prioritise and plan logically. I am passionate about what I do and I am committed to the success of my staff.
When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my family, walking, watching films and gardening.

I joined the family business at 19 working with just my parents and brother in our busy Travel Agency in Bolsover. I have been fortunate enough to watch us grow to the impressive Cruise Club facility we now operate from. My involvement has enabled me to cover all aspects of the day to day running of the agency which has led to my position as Director.
Outside of work I enjoy taking a well-earned holiday with my husband and two daughters, walking our dog and looking after our pony.

I have just recently joined Bolsover Cruise Club and I am very excited to join the reception team. I have over 20 years of experience working in the travel industry and I am very lucky to have been able to travel to some amazing destinations. My passion is to help customers and colleagues have the best holiday and experiences of a lifetime. My favourite beach destination is Barbados as I love the atmosphere and the beaches that the Caribbean has to offer. My favourite city break to date is Hong Kong followed by San Francisco. My favourite overall country is Greece as I adore the hospitality and the way of life and the food is simple and home cooked, that’s the best.

Bolsover Cruise Club is my family business and I am proud to be driving it forward into a new era, with my focus on the development and growth of our Cruise and Stay department established in 2019. My team of 12 create bespoke package holidays to destinations all around the world, and bring an accumulative wealth of travel, destination, and cruise knowledge. I have personally sailed with 18 different cruise lines a proud accomplishment for me, as I love being able to provide a first-hand perspective of what each brand represents. Across these 18 brands I have sailed onboard 34 different ships, and it is genuinely a love of mine, experiencing the different cruise products we offer and the destinations they visit across the globe. From Antarctica to Saudi Arabia, cruising has taken me to corners of the world I never dreamed were possible.

After 15 years with Bolsover Cruise Club as a Cruise Expert, I was excited to be offered the opportunity to move to the Customer Services Department. I live in Nottinghamshire with my husband & our two girls, and I have been lucky enough to travel to some wonderful countries and cities including Quebec, Langkawi, Krabi and my favourite, Hong Kong.

I have worked at Bolsover cruise club since 2019. I enjoy meeting new people and being as helpful as I can be so working on reception is my perfect job, and working with such lovely colleagues
makes coming to work very pleasant . Outside work my husband and I are proud parents and grandparents and we enjoy socialising with friends and family along with walks in the countryside with our collie Pepsi.

Managing Director, having built Bolsover Cruise Club from a simple rural travel agency in Bolsover, which was then a small coal mining town in Derbyshire. Now I lead a team of well of over 140 members of staff and firmly believe we operate the most efficient cruise operation by far in the UK.
When I am not at work, my main passion is shooting and I love a building project, so I am always up to something that involves bricks and mortar. I also love my greenhouse and kitchen garden, where I spend many hours when the sun shines.

As Training and Recruitment Team Leader, I have the privilege of recruiting excellent people to join our amazing Sales Department.
My role also includes training and developing the new recruits ready for joining their teams.
Travel is one of my greatest passions but I love to cruise. Cruising has enabled me to experience some of the world’s most amazing destinations on some incredible ships.
I am married with two gorgeous girls, Olivia and Sienna, and I love lots of family time.

I have worked in various roles within the company since I first joined in 2004 but my latest shift into our lovely Finance team has been a good move. I enjoy the investigative nature of the work.
Outside of work, there is nothing I enjoy more than spending time with good friends, experiencing new things and exploring the local area with the best Border Terrier in the world!

I am our Customer Service Manager and I try to resolve problems for our clients if they run into difficulty. My role is both challenging but rewarding at the same time. Outside of work I enjoy winter sports and travelling either within the UK or abroad.
